These Terms of Use apply to Focus Buddy, a focus, habits, and tasks app.
Focus Buddy is provided for personal productivity. Značajke se mogu mijenjati tijekom vremena. Some capabilities, including extra habits, colors, and unlimited Daily Coach, require Focus Buddy Pro.
Subscriptions and lifetime unlocks are billed through your Apple ID. Payment, renewal, cancellation, and refunds are handled by Apple under Apple’s terms. You can manage or cancel a subscription in iOS Settings.
Daily Coach suggestions are generated by AI and may be incomplete or inaccurate. Vi ste odgovorni za način na koji koristite bilo koji plan. Focus Buddy is not medical, legal, or professional advice.
You keep ownership of the habits, tasks, and goals you enter. You are responsible for that content and for keeping your device secure.
Do not misuse the app, attempt to break Premium limits unfairly, or use Daily Coach to generate harmful content.
Aplikacija je dostupna "kakva jest". We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, perfect timer accuracy when the app is closed, or specific productivity results.
U najvećoj mjeri dopuštenoj zakonom, nismo odgovorni za neizravne ili posljedične štete nastale vašom upotrebom Focus Buddyja.
Možemo ažurirati ove uvjete. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
